CASE: Marriage-Based Adjustment of Status

LOCATION: Buford, GA
The client, who entered the United States from Nigeria on an F-1 student visa, married a U.S. citizen in October 2024. Our office was retained on January 17, 2025, to handle his green card application. We filed the I-130 Petition and the I-485 Application on February 25, 2025.
Before the interview, we conducted a conference call to prepare our clients. The interview took place at the Atlanta, Georgia USCIS office on July 22, 2025, and his green card was approved the very next day.
