Our client, a Senegalese national, came to the U.S. on an F-1 student visa to pursue her graduate degree. She married a U.S. citizen in September 2024 and retained our firm on October 30, 2024, for her green card application. We filed the I-130 Petition and I-485 Application on June 9, 2025. Before the interview, we prepared our clients via conference calls. Our client was interviewed at the Baltimore, MD USCIS office on September 11, 2025. A day later, her green card was approved.
