In January 2025, our client contacted our office about her I-751 application. A United Kingdom national, she married a U.S. citizen in June 2022 and obtained a two-year conditional green card in February 2023. Her conditional residency was scheduled to terminate in February 2025.
She and her husband retained our office to file the required I-751 Joint Petition to Remove Conditions. We filed the I-751 with USCIS on January 23, 2025. USCIS approved her application on October 8, 2025, and she subsequently received her 10-year green card.
