Our client contacted our office in September 2023 regarding her I-751 application. She is from Malaysia and married a U.S. citizen in November 2020. She obtained a 2-year conditional green card in April 2022, and her conditional residency terminated in April 2024. To comply with requirements, our client and her husband had to file an I-751 Joint Petition to Remove Conditions. They retained our office on September 8, 2023.
Our office filed the I-751 application with USCIS on January 18, 2024. In April 2025, USCIS scheduled an interview for our client. Before the interview, our office prepared our client via conference call. On May 28, 2025, our client was interviewed for her I-751 at the USCIS St. Louis, MO Field Office. The same day, USCIS approved our client’s I-751 application. She received her 10-year green card.
