Our client, a Serbian national, contacted our office in February 2024 regarding her I-751 application. She married a U.S. citizen in October 2021 and obtained a two-year conditional green card in June 2022. Her conditional residency was set to expire in June 2024. To comply with requirements, our client and her husband had to file an I-751 Joint Petition to Remove Conditions. They retained our office, and we filed the I-751 with USCIS on March 7, 2024. In August 2025, USCIS scheduled an I-751 interview for our client. Before the interview, our office prepared our client via conference calls. On October 10, 2025, our client was interviewed for her I-751 at the USCIS Cleveland, OH Field Office. The same day, USCIS approved her I-751 application, and she subsequently received her 10-year green card.
