Our client contacted our office in November 2023 regarding her I-751 application.
Originally from China, she married a U.S. citizen in November 2021 and obtained a 2-year conditional green card in February 2022. Her conditional residency was set to terminate in February 2024. To comply with immigration requirements, our client and her husband needed to file an I-751 Joint Petition to Remove Conditions. She retained our office on November 14, 2023, and we filed the I-751 application with USCIS on November 30, 2023. On June 15, 2025, USCIS approved our client’s I-751 application without a Request for Evidence (RFE), and she subsequently received her 10-year green card.
