Our client contacted our office in November 2021 regarding her I-751 application.
She is from China and married a U.S. citizen in October 2019. She obtained a two-year conditional green card in March 2020. Her conditional residency terminated in March 2022. To comply with immigration requirements, our client and her husband had to file an I-751 Joint Petition to Remove Conditions. She retained our office, and on December 1, 2021, our office filed the I-751 application with USCIS. In April 2025, USCIS scheduled an I-751 interview for our client. Prior to the interview, our office thoroughly prepared our client via conference call, discussing potential issues at the interview. On May 16, 2025, our client was interviewed for her I-751 application at the USCIS Cleveland, OH Field Office. Eventually, on May 18, 2025, USCIS approved our client’s I-751 application, and she received her 10-year green card.
