In August 2024, a client from South Korea contacted our office about his I-751 application. He married a U.S. citizen in July 2022 and obtained a 2-year conditional green card in December 2022.
To remove the conditions on his residency, he and his wife needed to file an I-751 Joint Petition to Remove Conditions before his conditional residency expired in December 2024. He hired our firm, and on September 26, 2024, we filed the application with USCIS.
On July 29, 2025, USCIS approved the I-751 application without a Request for Evidence (RFE), and our client received his 10-year green card.
