A client, a Vietnamese national, contacted our office in December 2024 about her I-751 application. She married a U.S. citizen in January 2023 and received a 2-year conditional green card that expired in April 2025. To meet the requirements, she and her husband retained our office to file the I-751 Joint Petition to Remove Conditions. We filed the petition with USCIS on January 21, 2025. On October 4, 2025, USCIS approved the I-751, and she subsequently received her 10-year permanent green card.
