CASE: N-400 (Citizenship / Naturalization)

Our client contacted us in February 2025 to seek legal representation for her naturalization and citizenship N-400 application. She came to the United States from the Philippines and obtained her green card in February 2017 through her marriage to a US citizen spouse.
Once retained, her N-400 application was filed on February 18, 2025, with all supporting documents. Prior to her citizenship interview, our office prepared her via conference calls. On April 25, 2025, our client appeared at the Cleveland, OH USCIS office for her naturalization interview. Our client answered all questions correctly and passed her naturalization and citizenship interview. Eventually, on June 5, 2025, her application was approved. Her oath taking is scheduled in which she will become a naturalized U.S. Citizen.
