Our client contacted us in January 2025 to seek legal representation for her naturalization and citizenship N-400 application. She came to the United States from South Korea and obtained her green card in May 2021 through her marriage to a US citizen spouse.
Once retained, her N-400 application was filed on February 3, 2025, with all supporting documents. Prior to her citizenship interview, our office prepared her via conference calls. On May 14, 2025, our client appeared at the Newark, NJ USCIS office for her naturalization interview. Attorney Sung Hee (Glen) Yu, Esq. from our office also accompanied our client. Our client answered all questions correctly and passed her naturalization and citizenship interview. Eventually, on June 6, 2025, her application was approved. Her oath taking is scheduled in which she will become a naturalized U.S. Citizen.
