CASE: N-400 (Citizenship / Naturalization)

Our client reached out to us in June 2024, seeking legal representation for her N-400 naturalization application. She had immigrated to the United States from Pakistan and obtained her green card in September 2020 through her marriage to a U.S. citizen.
After we were retained, her N-400 application, along with all supporting documents, was filed on October 9, 2024. Our office prepared her for the interview through a series of conference calls. On May 15, 2025, our client attended her interview at the USCIS office in Cleveland, Ohio. She answered all questions accurately and successfully passed the interview. Her application was subsequently approved on July 9, 2025, and her oath-taking ceremony is now scheduled, after which she will become a naturalized U.S. Citizen.
