CASE: N-400 (Citizenship / Naturalization)

In June 2025, our client, who had come from the Philippines and obtained her green card in April 2018, retained us for her N-400 application.
The N-400 was filed on July 2, 2025, with all supporting documents. We prepared our client for the citizenship interview using conference calls. On October 1, 2025, she had her naturalization interview at the Fairfax, VA USCIS office, passed by answering all questions correctly, and received approval the next day. Her oath taking is now scheduled, and she will soon become a naturalized U.S. Citizen.
