CASE: N-400 (Citizenship / Naturalization)

Our client contacted us in February 2025 to seek representation for her N-400 application. She came to the United States from the Philippines and obtained her green card in May 2022 through marriage to her spouse.
Once retained, her N-400 was filed on April 10, 2025, along with all necessary documents. Before the interview, our office prepared her via conference calls. On October 10, 2025, our client appeared at the Cleveland, OH USCIS office for her naturalization interview. She answered all questions correctly and passed.
Her application was approved on November 15, 2025. Her oath taking is scheduled, and she will soon become a naturalized U.S. Citizen.
