CASE: N-400 (Citizenship / Naturalization)

Our client contacted us in March 2025 to seek legal representation for her N-400 application. She came to the United States from the Philippines and obtained her green card in November 2018 through her marriage to a U.S. citizen spouse.
Once retained, her N-400 application was filed on March 11, 2025, with all supporting documents. Our office prepared her for her citizenship interview via conference calls. On May 19, 2025, our client appeared at the Cleveland, OH USCIS office for her naturalization interview. She answered all questions correctly and passed her interview. Her application was approved on June 26, 2025. Her oath-taking ceremony is scheduled, at which point she will become a naturalized U.S. citizen.
