CASE: N-400 (Citizenship / Naturalization)

Our client contacted us in February 2025 seeking legal representation for his N-400 application. He came to the United States from the Philippines and obtained his green card in April 2016.
Once we were retained, his N-400 application was filed on March 6, 2025, along with all supporting documents. We then prepared him for his citizenship interview through a series of conference calls. On May 12, 2025, our client appeared at the Cleveland, OH USCIS office for his naturalization interview, where he correctly answered all questions and passed. His application was eventually approved on June 26, 2025, and his oath-taking ceremony is now scheduled, after which he will become a naturalized U.S. citizen.
