CASE: N-400 (Citizenship / Naturalization)

Our client retained our services in March 2025 to seek legal representation for his naturalization and citizenship (Form N-400) application. He immigrated to the United States from the Philippines and obtained his Green Card in February 2022 through his marriage to a U.S. citizen spouse.
Once retained, his Form N-400 application was filed on April 7, 2025, complete with all supporting documents. Our office prepared the client for his interview via conference calls.
On October 10, 2025, the client attended his naturalization interview at the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) office in Cleveland, OH. He answered all questions correctly and successfully passed the interview.
Ultimately, his application was approved on November 15, 2025. His oath ceremony is scheduled, upon which he will officially become a naturalized U.S. Citizen.
