CASE: N-400 (Citizenship / Naturalization)

Our client first contacted us in March 2025 to seek representation for his N-400 application. Having come to the United States from the Philippines, he had obtained his green card in November 2019. After we were retained, his N-400 application was filed with all supporting documents on April 10, 2025. We prepared him for his naturalization interview with several conference calls. On June 24, 2025, our client successfully appeared at the Bismarck, ND, USCIS office for his interview, answering all questions correctly and passing. His application was approved on August 19, 2025. His oath ceremony is now scheduled, and he will soon become a U.S. citizen.
