CASE: N-400 (Citizenship / Naturalization)

In March 2025, a client from Haiti who had obtained his green card in February 2020, contacted us for representation with his N-400 application. After we were retained, the application, along with all supporting documents, was filed on April 10, 2025.
Before the naturalization interview, our office prepared him through a series of conference calls. He appeared for his interview at the USCIS office in Kendall, Florida, on July 22, 2025, where he successfully answered all questions. His application was approved, and he took the Oath of Allegiance on the same day, officially becoming a U.S. citizen.
