CASE: N-400 (Citizenship / Naturalization)
APPLICANT: Haitian
Our client contacted us in November 2024 to seek representation for his N-400 application. He came to the United States from Haiti and obtained his green card in January 2022 through marriage to his spouse.
Once we were retained, his N-400 was filed on December 18, 2024, with all supporting documents. Before his citizenship interview, our office prepared him via conference calls. On April 1, 2025, our client appeared at the Durham, NC USCIS office for his interview. Our client answered all questions correctly and passed. On June 5, 2025, his application was approved. His oath-taking is scheduled, and he will become a naturalized U.S. Citizen.
