Our client contacted us in February 2025 to seek representation for her N-400 application. She came to the United States from Honduras and obtained her green card in June 2022 through marriage to her US citizen spouse.
Once retained, her N-400 was filed on March 10, 2025 with all supporting documents. Before her interview, our office prepared her via conference calls. On July 31, 2025, our client appeared at the Cleveland, OH USCIS office for her naturalization interview. She answered all questions correctly and passed her interview. On August 26, 2025, her application was approved. Her oath taking is scheduled and she will become a naturalized U.S. Citizen.
