CASE: N-400 (Citizenship / Naturalization)

Our client, originally from South Korea, received his green card in January 2017. He contacted our office in February 2025 seeking legal representation for his N-400 citizenship application.
After being retained, we filed his N-400 application and all supporting documents on March 10, 2025. Our office prepared him for the interview via a conference call. On August 28, 2025, Attorney Sung Hee (Glen) Yu, Esq., accompanied our client to his naturalization interview at the Cleveland, OH, USCIS office.
The client answered all questions correctly and passed his citizenship interview. His application was approved on September 11, 2025, and his oath ceremony is scheduled, after which he will become a naturalized U.S. citizen.
