Our client contacted us in December 2024 to seek representation for her N-400 application. She came to the United States from Serbia and obtained her green card in June 2022 through marriage to her spouse.
Once retained, her N-400 application, along with all supporting documents, was filed on March 13, 2025. Before her interview, our office prepared her via conference calls. On October 10, 2025, our client appeared at the Cleveland, OH USCIS office for her naturalization interview. She answered all questions correctly and passed.
On November 15, 2025, her application was approved. Her oath taking is scheduled, and she will become a naturalized U.S. Citizen.
