CASE: N-400 (Citizenship / Naturalization)

We were contacted by a client in November 2024 who needed legal representation for her N-400 citizenship application. She originally came to the United States from Australia and received her green card in July 1995. After being retained, we filed her N-400 application and all supporting documents on November 22, 2024. Our office prepared the client for her naturalization interview through a series of conference calls.
On July 24, 2025, the client attended her naturalization interview at the Cleveland, OH USCIS office. She answered all questions correctly and passed the interview. Her application was approved on August 26, 2025, and she is now scheduled for her oath ceremony, at which time she will become a naturalized U.S. citizen.
