CASE: N-400 (Citizenship / Naturalization)

Our client contacted us in August 2025 to seek legal representation for her N-400 Application for Naturalization. Originally from the Philippines, she obtained her Lawful Permanent Resident status (green card) in January 1985.
Once retained, we filed her N-400 application on August 21, 2025, along with all necessary supporting documentation. In preparation for her interview, our office conducted several preparatory sessions via conference calls. On November 7, 2025, the client appeared at the USCIS field office in Cleveland, Ohio, for her naturalization interview. She answered all questions correctly and successfully passed. Her application was officially approved on December 16, 2025. She is now awaiting her scheduled oath ceremony, where she will officially become a naturalized U.S. citizen.
