CASE: N-400 (Citizenship / Naturalization)

Our client contacted us in June 2025 to seek legal representation for his N-400 Application for Naturalization. Originally from the Philippines, he obtained his lawful permanent residency (Green Card) in September 2019.
Once retained, we filed his N-400 application on June 23, 2025, along with all required supporting documentation. To prepare for the interview, our office conducted several preparatory sessions with the client via conference calls. On January 6, 2026, the client appeared at the Phoenix, AZ USCIS office for his naturalization interview. He answered all questions correctly and successfully passed the examination.
His application was officially approved on February 24, 2026. He is currently awaiting his scheduled oath ceremony, where he will officially become a naturalized U.S. citizen.
