Our client contacted us in May 2022 to seek legal representation for his naturalization application. He came to the United States from South Korea and obtained his green card in July 2019 through marriage to U.S. citizen spouse.
His N-400 application was filed on May 12, 2022 with all supporting documents. Prior to his citizenship interview, our office prepared him via conference calls. On November 1, 2022, our client appeared at the Newark, NJ USCIS office for his naturalization interview. Attorney Sung Hee (Glen) Yu, Esq. from our office accompanied our client. Our client answered all questions correctly and passed his interview. On December 9, 2022, his application was approved. His oath taking is scheduled in which he will become a naturalized U.S. Citizen.
