Our client came to the United States from China in August 2019 on a F-1. She married a U.S. Citizen in July 2022. She retained our office on August 3, 2022 for her green card application. Our firm prepared and filed the I-130 Petition and I-485 Adjustment of Status Application on August 5, 2022. Everything went smoothly and the receipt notices and fingerprint appointment came on time. On December 13, 2022, the USCIS approved the I-130 petition without an interview. On the same day, the USCIS issued a Request for Evidence for our client’s I-693 immigration medical record. Our office filed our client’s I-693 on January 19, 2023. On January 24, 2023, our client’s green card application was approved.
