Our client came to the United States from Argentina on an F-1 student visa. She married a USCitizen in July 2021. She retained our office on July 23, 2021 for her green card
application. Our firm prepared and filed the I-130 Petition and I-485 Adjustment of Status
Application on August 3, 2021. Everything went smoothly and the receipt notices and
fingerprint appointment came on time. On February 9, 2023, the USCIS issued a
Request for Evidence for bona fide vidence. Moreover, the USCIS requested the I-693
immigration medical record. Our office filed our client’s response to RFE. On March 9, 2023,our client’s green card application was approved.
