Our client came to the United States from Honduras on a B-2 visitor’s visa in April 2013. Since then, he has remained in the United States. He married a U.S. Citizen in June 2022 and retained our office on June 28, 2022 for his green card application. Our firm prepared and filed the I-130 Petition and I-485 Adjustment of Status Application on July 15, 2022. Everything went accordingly and the receipt notices, fingerprint appointment, and work permits came on time. Before the interview, we thoroughly prepared our clients via conference calls. On March 21, 2023, our client was interviewed at the Columbus, Ohio USCIS office. On March 22, 2023, our client’s green card application was approved.
