Our client came to the United States from the Philippines with a B-2 visitor’s visa in December 2000. Thereafter, she remained in the United States. She married a U.S. Citizen in November 2022. She retained our office on January 19, 2023 for her green card application. Our firm filed the I-130 Petition and I-485 Adjustment of Status Application on February 9, 2023. Things went well and the receipt notices and fingerprint appointment came on time. on April 26, 2023, the USCIS issued a Request for Evidence and asked our client to submit her bona fide marital evidence with her U.S. citizen husband. Our office filed our client’s response to RFE with numerous authentic marital evidence on May 22, 2023. On June 4, 2023, our client’s green card application was approved.
