Our client contacted our office in June 2022 regarding his I-751 application.
He is from Burkina Faso and he married a U.S. citizen in December 2019. He obtained a 2-year conditional green card in September 2020. His conditional residency was terminated in September 2022. To comply with immigration requirements, our client and his spouse filed an I-751 Joint Petition to Remove Conditions. He retained our office on June 7, 2022. Our office filed the I-751 application to the USCIS on June 17, 2022. On August 8, 2023, the USCIS approved our client’s I-751 application, and he received his 10-year green card.
