Our client came to the United States from Nigeria with an H-1B visa to work as a physician. She married a U.S. Citizen in August 2020. She retained our office for her green card application on September 13, 2022. Our firm filed the I-130 Petition and I-485 Adjustment of Status Application on October 28, 2022. All went well and the receipt notices, fingerprint appointment, and work permits came on time. On September 7, 2023, our client’s green card application was approved.
