Our client and his father contacted our office in August 2022. Our client’s father came to the United States in July 2003 with a B-2 visitor’s visa. Thereafter, he has remained in the United States without lawful status. Our client became a naturalized U.S. citizen in August 2022. Our firm filed the I-130 Petition and I-485 Adjustment of Status Application on September 16, 2022 for his father. All went well and the receipt notices and fingerprint appointment came on time. On September 26, 2023, our client’s father’s Adjustment of Status was approved.
