On July 21, 2023, the I-129F fiancé petition was approved. On November 3, 2023, our client’s fiancée appeared at the U.S. Embassy in Kathmandu, Nepal for her K-1 visa interview. The interview went well, and the U.S. Consulate General issued her K-1 visa.
