Our client contacted our office in August of 2022 regarding his I-751 application.
He is from the United Kingdom and he married a U.S. citizen in March 2020. He obtained a 2-year conditional green card in December 2020. His conditional residency was terminated in December 2022. To comply with immigration requirements, our client and his wife filed an I-751 Joint Petition to Remove Conditions. He retained our office and on September 20, 2022, our office filed the I-751 application to the USCIS. On November 2, 2023, the USCIS approved our client’s I-751 application. He received his 10-year green card.
