Our client contacted us in April 2023 to seek legal representation for his naturalization and citizenship application. He came to the United States from Kenya and obtained his green card in August 2019 through marriage to a US citizen.
Once retained, his N-400 application was filed on May 4, 2023, with all supporting documents. Before his citizenship interview, our office prepared him via conference calls. On December 4, 2023, our client appeared at the Newark, NJ USCIS office for his interview. Our client answered all questions correctly and passed his interview. On the same day, his application was approved. Our client also took the oath on the same day. Now he has become a U.S. citizen.
