Our client is from Bangladesh and came to the U.S. with an F-1 student visa. In July 2022, our client married her current U.S. citizen husband. Our client and her husband filed an I-130 petition in November 2022. She retained our office on May 18, 2023 for her green card application. Our firm filed the I-485 Application on August 10, 2023, based on the pending I-130 petition. All went well and the receipt notices, fingerprint appointment, and work permits came on time. On November 30, 2023, our client’s green card application was approved.
