CASE: N-400 (Citizenship / Naturalization)

Our client contacted us in September 2023 to seek legal representation for his naturalization application. He came to the United States from Mexico and obtained his green card in December 2020 through his marriage to a US citizen.
His N-400 application was filed on September 25, 2023 with all supporting documents. Prior to his citizenship interview, our office prepared him via conference calls. On January 11, 2024, our client appeared at the Cincinnati, OH USCIS office for his naturalization interview. Our client answered all questions correctly and passed his interview. On the same day of his interview, his application was approved. His oath taking is scheduled in which he will become a naturalized U.S. Citizen.
