Our client came to the United States from the Philippines with a B-2 visitor’s visa in December 2021. After that, she remained in the United States. She married a U.S. Citizen in September 2022. She retained our office for her green card application on September 22, 2022. Our firm filed the I-130 Petition and I-485 Application on October 18, 2022. Before the interview, we prepared our clients via conference calls. On February 5, 2024, our client was interviewed at the San Antonio, Texas USCIS office. On February 7, 2024, our client’s green card application was approved.
