Our client came to the United States as an F-1 student from Nigeria. He married a U.S. Citizen in June 2022. He retained our office on September 22, 2022 for his green card application. Our firm filed the I-130 Petition and I-485 Application on October 31, 2022. All went well and the receipt notices and fingerprint appointment came on time. On February 5, 2024, our client’s green card application was approved.
