Our client contacted our office in October of 2021 regarding his I-751 application.
He is from South Korea and married a U.S. citizen in December 2018. He obtained a 2-year conditional green card in January 2020. His conditional residency was terminated in January 2022.
To comply with immigration requirements, our client and his wife filed an I-751 Petition. He retained our office on October 11, 2021. On November 17, 2021, our office filed the I-751 application to the USCIS.
In January 2024, the USCIS scheduled an interview for our client and his wife. They were requested to appear at the USCIS Santa Clara, CA Field Office. Before the interview, our office prepared them via conference. On February 22, 2024, the USCIS approved our client’s I-751 application. He received his 10-year green card.
