CASE: I-130 (Petitions for Parents) and Adjustment of Status

Our client retained us to petition for her parents who came to the U.S. from India to visit their son. Our client was born in India but was naturalized in the United States. He contacted our office in June of 2022 and discussed the I-130 petition for his parents and their adjustment of status. After the consultation, he retained our office on June 26, 2022.
Once retained, our firm filed the I-130 and Adjustment of Status Application for his parents on September 23, 2022. All went well and the receipt notices, fingerprint appointment, and work permits came on time. On March 12, 2024, both applications was approved.
