Our client came to the United States from China with a F-1 student’s visa to pursue her studies in the United States. She married a U.S. Citizen in August 2021 and retained our office on September 21, 2021 for her green card application. Our firm filed the I-130 and I-485 on October 14, 2021.
On January 19, 2023, the USCIS issued Request for Evidence for our client’s I-693 immigration vaccination record. Our office filed the Response to RFE along with our client’s I-693 on February 2, 2023. On March 20, 2024, our client’s green card application was approved.
