Our client came to the United States from Morocco with an F-1 student visa to study. He married a U.S. Citizen in May 2023. He retained our office for his green card application on September 12, 2023. Our firm filed the I-130 and I-485 Applications on November 7, 2023. All went well and the receipt notices and fingerprint appointment came on time. On April 2, 2024, the USCIS issued a Request for Evidence and asked our client to submit additional marital documents of him and his wife. Our office filed our client’s response to RFE a week later. On April 23, 2024, our client’s green card application was approved.
