BENEFICIARY: Filipina 5th and 6th Grade Elementary Teacher in the Philippines

Our client’s employer was willing to sponsor her for an I-140 petition. Because the client holds a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and a valid Arizona teaching license, our office determined that she is eligible for the EB-3 classification. The client and her employer officially retained our services in February 2024.
Before submitting the PERM application, our firm prepared the prevailing wage request, advertisements, and all other essential pre-filing requirements. We filed the prevailing wage request within a week of being retained. Once the determination was issued, the employer filed the job order on August 21, 2024, and we subsequently filed the PERM application on February 25, 2025. On May 12, 2026, the PERM Labor Certification was approved for the EB-3 position on behalf of the Filipina beneficiary. Our client is now eligible to file her I-140 petition at any time.
