Our client entered the United States from Mexico on a B-2 visitor’s visa in February 2026 to visit her boyfriend (now her husband). After marrying a U.S. citizen in June 2026, she retained our firm for her green card application. We prepared and filed her I-130 Petition and I-485 Adjustment of Status Application on July 9, 2026. The process went smoothly, with receipt notices and fingerprint appointments arriving promptly. Prior to the interview, we thoroughly prepared our clients via conference calls.
