CASE: Adjustment of Status Based on Approved K-1 Visa

Our client came to the United States in May 2026 as a K-1 visa entrant from Kenya. He came to the United States as a K-1 Fiancé of a U.S. Citizen whom he married within 90 days of his entry in June 2026.
Our client contacted our office for his adjustment of status. He retained our office, and our firm filed the I-485 Application on July 2, 2026. Before the interview, we prepared our clients via conference calls. On September 14, 2026, our client was interviewed at the Baltimore, MD USCIS office. The next day, our client’s green card was approved.
