CASE: I-130 (Petitions for Parents) and Adjustment of Status

Our client retained us to petition for her parents’ green cards. Although she was born and raised in North Macedonia, she is a naturalized United States citizen. After an initial consultation in December 2025 regarding the immigration process, she officially retained our office on December 16, 2025.
Following the retention, our firm filed the I-130 petitions and Adjustment of Status applications on January 16, 2026. On April 9, 2026, the applications were approved. They are now permanent residents of the United States.
