Our client came to the United States from the Philippines on a B-2 visitor visa in March 2022. In June 2022, he married his spouse, who is a Lawful Permanent Resident (LPR) of the U.S. While he was in the U.S., his visa number became available. Our office filed an I-130 immigrant visa petition and an I-485 application along with all supporting documents on July 15, 2022. Before the interview, we prepared our client through conference calls. On March 12, 2026, our client was interviewed at the St. Louis, MO USCIS field office. On July 28, 2026, his green card was approved.
